4. Shoes and socks

Outdoor shoes must be removed before entering the play areas.

Socks must be worn in the play areas at all times.

5. Food and drink

Only food and drink purchased at Teeny Town may be consumed on the premises, except for:

  • baby food

  • food required due to allergies or dietary needs

  • food brought for a booked birthday party

Parents and carers are asked to wipe children’s hands after eating to help reduce the risk of allergen transfer.

Please inform Teeny Town staff of any allergies when ordering from the café.

Hot water is available for baby bottles.

6. Illness

If a child or accompanying adult is unwell or showing signs of illness, we kindly ask that they do not attend.

Standard bookings may be transferred or rescheduled if Teeny Town is notified at least 24 hours before the session.

7. Standard booking cancellations and changes

Standard play-session bookings are non-refundable.

Bookings may be transferred or rescheduled to an alternative date with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Bookings may also be transferred to a friend or family member with an age-appropriate child, provided Teeny Town is notified in advance.

8. Birthday parties

Birthday parties cost £250 and include private use of Teeny Town for 2 hours for up to 15 children.

A £50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking.

The remaining £200 balance must be paid no later than 48 hours before the party.

Party bookings may be moved to another available date with at least 2 weeks’ notice.

The deposit remains non-refundable.

Parents may bring prepared food and a birthday cake for their party.

Teeny Town may lightly decorate the centre and arrange the messy-play room in a chosen colour or theme, subject to prior agreement.

9. Nursery, school and group bookings

Nurseries, schools and organised groups may book play sessions at the standard child rate.

There is no minimum number of children required.

If all 15 child spaces are booked by the group, the session will be private.

Where fewer than 15 spaces are booked, Teeny Town may make the remaining spaces available to the public.

10. Sensory room

The sensory room is included within the standard entry price.

It is primarily designed for children aged 2 and under, but may also be used by older siblings and children with SEND where appropriate.

Use of the sensory room remains subject to adult supervision at all times.
