5. Booking and payment providers

Teeny Town uses BookingNinja to manage online bookings.

When you make a booking, information you provide through the booking system may be processed by BookingNinja in order to provide the booking service.

Online payments are processed through Stripe.

Teeny Town does not need to store your full payment-card details. Payment information is processed securely by Stripe in accordance with its own privacy and security practices.

6. Our website

The Teeny Town website is hosted through Squarespace.

Squarespace may process limited technical information when you use the website, such as information relating to your browser, device and use of the site.

7. Legal basis for using your information

Depending on the circumstances, we may process your information because:

Standard booking and visitor information will normally be retained for up to 12 months after the date of the visit, after which it will be deleted or anonymised where it is no longer required.

Information relating to payments, invoices and financial transactions may be retained for longer where required for accounting, tax or legal purposes.

Information relating to allergies, accessibility requirements or additional needs will only be retained for as long as it is necessary for the relevant booking or ongoing customer relationship.

Teeny Town regularly reviews the information it holds and will securely delete or anonymise information when it is no longer required.

Teeny Town will only send marketing communications where you have chosen to receive them or where otherwise permitted by law.

You can ask us to stop sending marketing communications at any time.

11. Photography

Customers may take photographs of their own children during their visit, subject to Teeny Town’s photography guidance.

Teeny Town is not responsible for photographs taken or shared independently by other customers.

Teeny Town will not knowingly publish identifiable photographs of children’s faces on its social-media channels without appropriate permission.
