Play Rules

We want every visit to Teeny Town to be safe, enjoyable and relaxed for everyone. Please take a moment to read our play rules before your visit.

Supervision

Children must be supervised by an appropriate adult aged 18 or over at all times.

Parents and carers remain responsible for their children throughout the visit.

Shoes & Socks

Outdoor shoes must be removed before entering the play areas.

Socks must be worn at all times.

Food & Drink

Food and drink must not be taken into the play areas.

Please use the café area for refreshments.

Baby food and food required for allergy or dietary reasons are permitted.

Please wipe children’s hands after eating to help reduce the risk of allergen transfer.

Illness

If you or your child is unwell or showing signs of illness, please do not attend.

Bookings can be moved with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Arriving for Your Session

Please arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before your session begins, as the centre may be closed for cleaning and resetting between sessions.

If you arrive late, you are still welcome to join the session, but the finish time will remain the same.

Respectful Behaviour

We want Teeny Town to be a welcoming place for everyone.

Unsafe, aggressive or disruptive behaviour from children or adults may result in the family being asked to leave.

Photography

You are welcome to take photos of your own children.

Please be mindful of other families and avoid including other children in photographs where possible.

Teeny Town is not responsible for photographs taken or shared by other customers.

Older Siblings

Children over the Teeny Town play age are welcome to attend but cannot use the play areas.

They are welcome to use the café area, books and board games.

Sensory Room

The sensory room is available as part of your visit and is primarily designed for children aged 2 and under, as well as children with SEND.

Please supervise children in the sensory room at all times.

Most importantly...

Have fun, explore and let little imaginations lead the way.
