  • Teeny Town is designed for children aged 0–6 years.

    Older siblings are welcome to attend free of charge, but they cannot use the play areas. They are welcome to use the café area, books and board games.Description text goes here

  • Standard play sessions are:

    £10 per child
    £6 for pre-walkers
    Free for babies under 6 months

    One adult is included with the booking and additional adults are £1 each.

  • Play sessions last 90 minutes.

    Please arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before your session begins.

  • Advance booking is recommended because each session has a maximum capacity of 15 children.

    Walk-ins may be accepted if space is available.

  • You can still join the session, but your booking will finish at the original scheduled end time.

    No extra time or refund is given for late arrival.

  • Standard play-session bookings are non-refundable, but they can be transferred or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Yes. Outdoor shoes must be removed and socks must be worn in the play areas.

  • Only food and drink purchased at Teeny Town can normally be consumed on the premises.

    Exceptions are made for baby food, allergy or dietary requirements, and birthday parties.

    Food and drink must not be consumed in the play areas.

  • Yes. Teeny Town has a sensory room which is primarily designed for children aged 2 and under, and is also available for children with SEND.

    The sensory room is included within the standard entry price.

  • Yes. Teeny Town has ground-floor nappy-changing facilities, a breastfeeding area, and hot water is available for baby bottles.

  • Customer toilets within Teeny Town are upstairs.

    Ground-floor public toilets are also available within the Grosvenor Centre. If you need to leave during your session to use them, just let a member of staff know before you go.

  • Teeny Town has step-free access within the Grosvenor Centre.

    If you or your child have any additional accessibility requirements, please contact us before your visit and we will do our best to help.

  • Yes, you are welcome to take photographs of your own children.

    Please be mindful of other families and avoid including other children in the background where possible.

  • Yes. Birthday parties are £250 and include private use of Teeny Town for 2 hours for up to 15 children.

    A £50 non-refundable deposit is required, with the remaining £200 due 48 hours before the party.

    Birthday parties are available on Sundays and are booked by enquiry.

  • Yes. Nurseries, schools and organised groups can book at the standard rate of £10 per child.

    There is no minimum group size. If all 15 child spaces are booked, the session will be private.

  • Teeny Town plans to introduce dedicated SEND sessions.

    Details will be added once the regular day and time have been confirmed.
