Terms and Conditions for Party Hire

  1. We would like to remind you that we do not provide supervision for children, all children are the responsibility of their parent/guardian/carer.
  2. Whilst Teeny Town is all about exploring your imagination and create play, there are rules we ask every Teeny Towner to adhere to, these are displayed throughout the centre. This makes sure that the experience is fun and safe for everyone.
  3. There is no maximum age for Teeny Town but we would suggest from walkers to around aged 8 get the most out of it.
  4. No shoes are allowed in the play area, so socks must be worn at all times, please ensure everyone in your party remembers to bring their socks.
  5. A £50 non refundable deposit is required for all party bookings. The balance of the party is due one week before the date of the party.
  6. A booking form will need to be completed for each party and submitted alongside the deposit.
  7. What your party includes will be detailed on the packages page and will be supplied as per the booking form at the time of booking.
  8. All parties will be confirmed in writing to the party organiser (as detailed on the booking form) once the deposit has been received.
  9. Until the £50 deposit is paid, no booking can be taken and no date secured.
  10. If the balance of the party is not paid one week before the party, the party will be cancelled and the deposit will not be refunded, unless in exceptional circumstances.
  11. The maximum number allowed in centre is 65 in total including adults and children please be aware of this when inviting people to your party.
